Botanically almonds are sweet almonds (Prunus dulcis). The water soluble content of the brown skin of raw almonds is a stimulant which basically causes temporary fatigue and wakefulness. So in this medicinal raw almonds must first be soaked in water and stirred to wash the almonds before they are consumed. Almonds are a seed. Water washed raw almonds can be blended down to a mash to reduce long term dental wear, as almonds are quite hard to chew. Grapefruit is Citrus paradisi. Yellow varieties of grapefruit prevent almonds causing wakefulness and temporary fatigue. Red/pink varieties of grapefruit contain lycopene. Red/pink varieties of grapefruit can only prevent almonds from causing temporary fatigue, but not wakefulness. Grapefruit juice is high in acid. Grapefruit juice should be diluted/mixed with water to reduce its acid content thus protecting teeth. Grapefruit can be grown during Summer/Autumn and left unpicked on the tree for Winter harvesting. Thus ripe grapefruit can be available, continuously, all year (even during late Winter and early Spring). All foods/herb-foods/herbs in this medicinal are raw (unheated). Date palm fruit (Phoenix dactylifera) contains sucrose. Date fruit can be ripened (within approximately 2 weeks) by cutting the fruit bearing (fruiting/fruitful) stems from the tree and then placing the harvested fruit bearing (fruiting/fruitful) stems in a water filled vase. (Both the length to which the stems are cut and the water depth in which the stems are placed affect the ripening of the dates). Spelt (Triticum aestivum ssp./var./sub species/sub sp. spelta) is variety of wheat grain crop. Rye (Secale cereale) is a cereal grain crop. Rye, and spelt are both of the same botanical family Poaceae/(Gramineae). The water soluble contents of whole, raw hulled (without a hull) spelt, and rye seeds/grain are basically contraindicative for PTSD. So (in this medicinal) the raw whole grains of hulled spelt, and rye must first be soaked in water for approximately 24 hours and then stirred to wash the grains before they are crushed/pulverised (ground) down to a branlike flour. (Hydrolytic enzymes from the aleurone layer of the grain probably solubilise contraindicative phytochemicals during the 24 hours). With this medicinal people should wake at least once during the night (e.g. by alarm clock) within approximately 7 hours of going to sleep or (water washed) raw almonds cause temporary fatigue. Nasturtium plant (Tropaeolaceae Tropaeolum majus) is, in this medicinal: nasturtium vine internodes, nasturtium vine nodes, nasturtium leaves and nasturtium stems. Nasturtium plant and grapefruit juice enable (water washed) raw almonds to be consumed in great quantity (without causing any temporary fatigue). Nasturtium plant eaten with almonds and grapefruit juice enable sucrose plants (e.g. banana, apple, pineapple, passionfruit, cinnamon, beetroot, etc.) to be medicinal for PTSD. Apricot (Prunus armeniaca) fruit is botanically very similar to almonds; so apricot eaten (after nasturtium leaves and nasturtium stems) can also enable sucrose plants to be medicinal for PTSD. (However apricot eaten is basically less effective for treating PTSD than almonds). Five-per-cent of apricot fruit is sucrose[1]. So apricot is a sucrose food. Sucrose plants (eaten with rye, and spelt) enable raw rye, and raw spelt to be medicinal for PTSD. Small amounts of spelt, and rye can be eaten with some sucrose plants (e.g. passionfruit, beetroot, etc.). (More than approximately 4 teaspoons of spelt, or rye eaten hourly with beetroot is contraindicative for PTSD). While other sucrose plants (e.g. apple, apricot, banana, etc.) eaten with rye, and spelt enable raw rye, and raw spelt to be eaten in quantity. The same species of sucrose plant can only be eaten with spelt or rye on 1 out of every 3 days. Hence there is a different species of sucrose plant with spelt/rye each day. Banana is a fruit of the botanical family Musaceae. More than approximately 9 bananas eaten within approximately 12 hours causes temporary fatigue. More than approximately 4 bananas consumed per hour causes temporary fatigue. Banana eaten within 2 hours of cucumber basically causes temporary fatiguing drowsiness and is thus contraindicative for PTSD. Only approximately 66% of a cup of spelt, or rye can be eaten hourly; more than approximately 2/3 of a cup of rye, or spelt eaten hourly causes temporary amotivation. In EdaciousImber's medicinal for PTSD rye (Secale cereale) can only be eaten on 1 out of every 3 days. And in EdaciousImber's medicinal for PTSD spelt can only be eaten on 2 out of every 3 days. Spelt eaten within 2 hours of barley or rye causes temporary fatigue. Almonds eaten within 2 hours of sucrose is contraindicative for PTSD. Hazelnut (Corylus avellana) is a common nut. Most common nuts eaten cause temporary fatigue and are thus basically contraindicative for PTSD. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is a sucrose herb. More than approximately 1 teaspoon of cinnamon eaten daily can cause side effects. Passionfruit (Passiflora incarnata) is a sucrose fruit. Passionfruits contain an alkaloid tranquilliser[1] called harmen[1]. So basically passionfruit cannot be eaten in quantity. Grapes (Vitis vinifera) eaten within 2 hours of either spelt, rye, cucumber, avocado fruit, or sucrose plants are probably (basically) contraindicative for PTSD. Grapes eaten everyday cause temporary fatigue; so basically grapes can only be eaten every 2nd day. Cucumber vegetable (Cucumis sativus) eaten everyday causes temporary fatigue; so basically cucumber can only be eaten every 2nd day. Cucumber and avocado fruit eaten within 2 hours of either spelt, rye, or sucrose plants is basically contraindicative for PTSD. More than 1/2 (half) of an avocado fruit (Lauraceae Persea americana) eaten per 12 hours basically causes temporary fatigue. More than approximately 1 teaspoon of avocado eaten per hour is basically contraindicative for PTSD. Avocado fruit is vasoconstrictive; so avocado fruit must be eaten with vasodilators (e.g. cucumber the vasodilator) or avocado becomes basically contraindicative for PTSD. Avocado fruit eaten within 24 hours of sunflower seeds and without nasturtium plant causes feelings of grumpiness. Sunflower seeds eaten without additional foods (e.g. pineapple) can be contraindicative for PTSD. Oranges (Citrus sinensis) eaten within 24 hours of spelt are basically contraindicative for PTSD. Orange or lemon juice cannot replace grapefruit juice in this medicinal. Lemon juice consumed with grapefruit juice in this medicinal is contraindicative for PTSD. If the eater goes to sleep before grapefruit juice is consumed then almonds cause the side effect of temporary fatigue. If other foods are eaten between almonds, nasturtium plant and grapefruit juice then almonds cause the side effect of temporary fatigue. Other foods can be eaten after the course of nasturtium plant, almonds and grapefruit juice without causing (almond) temporary fatigue. Lettuce eaten within 2 hours before nasturtium plant or within approximately 7 hours after nasturtium vines is contraindicative for PTSD. Nasturtium eaten within approximately 2 hours of carrot root is contraindicative for PTSD. Nasturtium eaten within 24 hours of unripe carrot root (i.e. a green carrot) causes temporary fatigue. Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) is a painkiller[1]. (Parsley eaten prevents the metabolisation of calcium for approximately 24 hours). Parsley eaten within 24 hours of nasturtium causes temporary fatigue. Nasturtium vines eaten in quantity are a diuretic. (It perhaps might be possible to treat gallbladder/kidney stones by eating raw spring onion with parsley, barley, sunflower seeds, raw onion bulb, rhubarb, avocado fruit, cherries, grapes and apples). Cinnamon, passionfruit, pineapple, banana, and golden delicious apple (Malus domestica) each eaten within approximately 8 hours of nasturtium plant are basically contraindicative for PTSD. Beetroot, and Granny Smith apples eaten within approximately 6 hours of nasturtium plant are basically contraindicative for PTSD. Cucumber is a vasodilator[1,2,3] and a painkiller. (Carrot root[1,3], grapefruit/lemon juice[1,3,4], onion bulb[1,3,5], Allium chive[1,3,5] roots, and pineapple fruit[1,3,5] eaten hourly are each painkillers). People working in freezing, icy environments should be aware that cucumber prevents feelings of coldness because it is a painkiller and NOT because it is a vasodilator. Cucumber (a painkiller) eaten by people in frosty, cold conditions can cause people to be unaware of frostbite and thus their critical need to seek warm shelter or warmer clothing. Cucumber dilates blood vessels of depth and not of the surface (e.g. skin capillaries). So basically - cucumber eaten cannot increase body temperature - (except upon near death hypothermia). Cucumber as a vasodilator (like garlic[1,3,5,6]) is medicinal for people suffering near death hypothermia. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) eaten with a small piece of Citrus peel can slightly increase body temperature (by dilating capillaries), as can each almonds, and garlic[1,3,5,6]. (Cinnamon contains sucrose and so is basically contraindicative if eaten within 2 hours of almonds). The common cold can be treated by consuming either: silverbeet, a pinch of ocean salt, lemon (Citrus limon) juice, (or maybe maple sap), but not by eating cucumbers. People working in freezing, icy environments should also be aware that some foods/(herb-foods) eaten can reduce/lower body temperature. Avocado fruit, apples, and bananas eaten can each reduce/lower body temperature. (As can each sunflower seeds, tomatoes, and Allium leek). Citrus juice, pineapple, and spelt consumed can each slightly reduce/lower body temperature. Apples, lettuces, and pears are each very high in caffic-acid[1,3]. Caffic-acid is contraindicative for people who are morning, grieving, or upset. Only approximately 2 apples can be consumed per 24 hours or the caffic-acid in apple causes temporary fatigue. Too much lettuce eaten within 24 hours can cause feeling of temporary fatigue. Golden delicious is a variety of sweet apple that contains complex sugars. Golden delicious apples contain intricate sugars that many apple varieties are without. Golden delicious apples can be eaten (within 24 hours of nasturtium plant, almonds and grapefruit) to treat PTSD trance insomnia (e.g. perhaps by siesta). The sugars in golden delicious apples can enable people suffering PTSD trance insomnia (a PTSD trancelike state of mind[7]) to fall asleep. Golden delicious apples eaten before sleep can break a PTSD trance[7] enabling people with PTSD trance[7] insomnia to return to sleep. A cuisine of spelt, golden delicious apple, carrot, cabbage/almonds, nasturtium and grapefruit might treat PTSD trance insomnia. However, to sustain its tranquillising affect grapefruit juice would have to be consumed hourly (which is impractical whilst asleep). (This cuisine might also be medicinal for anorexia nervosa). Avocado fruit eaten with cucumber increases the rate of neuronreception[8]; thus avocado fruit and cucumber (eaten within 24 hours of sucrose, spelt, nasturtium plant, almonds and grapefruit) can treat PTSD trance[7] paranoia (as well as perhaps schizophrenia[8]). Opium (Papaveraceae) is of plants which cause neuroinjury by reducing the rate of neuronreception[8]. Pineapple (eaten within 24 hours of spelt, sucrose, nasturtium plant, almonds and grapefruit) can aid in the cure of opiate neuronreceptive[8] injuries as pineapple (Ananas comosus) is a progenerator[5]. Pineapple (eaten within 24 hours of spelt, sucrose, nasturtium plant, almonds and grapefruit) is a neuroprogenerator. Green beans (Phaseolus vulgaris), silverbeet (Beta vulgaris Cicla Group), figs (Ficus carica), grapefruit, lemon, carrot, and pineapple[5] are each progenerators. (For example: grapefruit juice consumed can aid in the healing of cartilage injuries, raw green beans eaten can aid in the cure of hearing injuries, and raw silverbeet eaten is a neuro[9]/dermoprogenerator). Raw onion (Allium cepa) bulb eaten in great quantity (with avocado fruit) might be a neuroprogenerator. (Ancient Egyptian physicians adored the onion bulb[14], perhaps this was because onion bulb has rejuvenescent/regenerative properties). Raw onions (Allium cepa)[1,3,5,6], oranges[1,3,4], apples, raw green capsicum (Capsicum annuum var. annuum)[1,3], tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum)[10], raw potato (Solanum tuberosum)[1,3], raw carrot (Daucus carota), raw purple/red cabbage[10,11,12] (with a pinch of ocean salt)[10], and nasturtium[1,3,10,11,12] (with a pinch of ocean salt)[10] are each medicinal for treating cancer. (Ocean/sea salt contains selenium[10] as does the grain of Poaceae/Gramineae crops). Pineapple eaten daily basically causes temporary fatigue; so pineapple can only basically be eaten every 3rd day. Pineapple eaten within approximately 8 hours after banana is contraindicative for PTSD. (Banana eaten within 24 hours after pineapple is contraindicative for PTSD). Pineapple eaten within 24 hours of tomato is basically contraindicative for PTSD. Banana eaten within 24 hours of tomato is basically contraindicative for PTSD. Tomatoes[1,3,13] eaten 2 hours before a lunch of carrot[1,3] and a supper of lettuce (Lactuca sativa)[13] could be antiviral. The herb-vegetable celery (Apium graveolens var. dulce)[1,3,14] partially steam cooked and eaten 2 hours after grapefruit juice might be an alternative antiviral herb-vegetable to a (salad) medicinal of tomatoes[1,3,13], carrot[1,3] and lettuce[13]. (It's unlikely that nasturtium plant cuisined with cabbage, carrot, spelt, sucrose, and green capsicum is antiviral). Carrot root is a (slightly antiviral) food that provides psychological strength and endurance. Basically only small amounts of raw carrot can be eaten hourly in the treatment of PTSD; as too much carrot root eaten within 24 hours of spelt is (basically) contraindicative for PTSD. Pineapples of the Queen cultivar that have been grown in complex, nutrient rich soil are medicinal for PTSD depression. Pineapple is also an antibiotic[5] as are onion bulbs[1,3,5,6], garlic (Allium sativum)[1,3,5,6], and chives (Allium schoenoprasum/tuberosum)[1,3,5,6]. Some alternative antibiotic plants to pineapple, or Allium are: Citrus (e.g. lemon[1,3,4], grapefruit, etc.), nasturtium (seeds)[1,3,18], and cabbages[1,3,18]. Spelt eaten within 24 hours of Allium (e.g. chives, onion, garlic, etc.) is basically contraindicative for PTSD. Spring onion eaten is medicinal for arteriosclerosis (blood clots, thrombi, and deep-vein thrombosis). Spring onion (Allium cepa) is a whole onion plant (i.e. roots, green stems, etc.)[9]. (Although Welsh onion is also a spring onion[9]); Welsh onion (Allium fistulosum) cannot replace Allium cepa as a spring onion in this web page. Garlic (Allium sativum) cloves contain more energy than most common vegetables. Avocado fruit contains more energy than most common fruits. Garlic (Allium sativum) bulb is more vasodilative than most common foods/herb-foods. How, garlic cloves eaten with avocado fruit might enable avocado fruit to be consumed in great quantity approximately every 3rd day (as a dish high in energy if famish). Waking at least once during the night (within approximately 4 hours of going to sleep) and returning to sleep prevents garlic cloves, and avocado fruit from causing temporary fatigue. (Avocado fruit eaten in quantity temporarily reduces intellect, and is basically contraindicative for PTSD). Kurrat garlic/elephant garlic (Liliaceae Allium ampeloprasum) is botanically a leek; so kurrat garlic is not vasodilative. (Leeks are vasoconstrictive). Chile pepper (Capsicum frutescens) eaten raw is basically contraindicative for PTSD. (However, raw bird's eye chilli seeds cuisined with additional foods could be medicinal for PTSD). Chile pepper (Capsicum frutescens) berries/fruits/vegetables/peppers (e.g. cayenne pepper, tabasco, bird's eye chilli, etc.) can also be non-lethal, close quarters weapons. As can perhaps be peppercorns (Piper nigrum); however, pepper (Piper nigrum) consumed is basically contraindicative for PTSD. For example, freshly harvested bird's eye chilli can be held on person, instantly crushed/mashed and thrown at an aggressors mouth or groin. (Using traditional ingredients) there are recipes of cake biscuit/cookie mixes (from advances in food chemistry) that upon having been thrown set instantly to immobilise/restrain an aggressor in a glue, plaster-like cake brick. Venomous stings, spines, or bites of octopuses/octopi (order Octopoda), jellyfish (class Cubozoa), fishes (phylum Chordata), snakes (suborder Serpentes), lizards (suborder Sauria), spiders (order Araneae), ticks (suborder Ixodida), ants (family Formicidae), bees (superfamily Apoidea), wasps (suborder Apocrita), caterpillars (order Lepidoptera), centipedes (class Chilopoda), and scorpions (order Scorpiones) can be treated by eating (hourly) a dish of: garlic, onion, avocado fruit, cucumber, silverbeet, pineapple, sesame seeds, lemon, tomato, apple, plum, olives (Olea europaea var. europaea), grapes, cabbage, celery, barley, and nasturtium plant with nasturtium flowers. If the venom is a central nervous system stimulant then wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa), lettuce (Lactuca sativa), and potato (Solanum tuberosum) can be eaten. However, if the venom is a central nervous system depressant causing symptoms such as a weakening or slowing of breathing or the heartbeat then spelt, coriander (Coriandrum sativum) leaves, earthworm blood (phylum Annelida), and the trunk, stems and leaves of soft sow thistle (Sonchus oleraceus) can be consumed instead. (Cucumber vegetable is a vasodilator[1,2,3] and was eaten by ancient Romans as a treatment to remedy venomous serpent/viper bites). Soft sow thistle is an ancient Greek remedy for venomous stings. Soft sow thistle is a cardio-stimulant herb/plant and not a food. Soft sow thistle flower is a potent cardio-stimulant; thus (unless the venom is causing near death heart paralysis) soft sow thistle flower cannot be eaten raw. (Earthworm blood consumed is also a cardio-stimulant). Earthworm blood and the trunk, stems, and leaves of soft sow thistle consumed might be medicinal for treating an overdose of opium. (Tomato eaten increases the amount of plasma/serum in the blood). (Avocado fruit eaten affects the consistency/thickness of blood perhaps by decreasing the amount of plasma/serum in the blood). (Hence, tomato, and avocado can be eaten as an antivenin/antivenene to treat some venomous bites, and stings). The bites of mosquitoes (family Culicidae), (although not venomous), can transmit Plasmodium malaria protozoans, yellow fever (virus), and dengue fever (virus). A dish of garlic (Allium sativum) cloves[1,3,5], onion bulbs, chives, chilli peppers and lemon juice consumed might be medicinal for treating parasitic illnesses (e.g. Sarcoptes scabies, Schistosoma blood flukes, Plasmodium malaria protozoans, etc.). (Onion[1,3], and garlic (Allium sativum) cloves[1,3,5] each contain naturally occurring pesticides). Viruses can be treated by eating (hourly) antiviral foods/herb-foods such as European elderberry (Adoxaceae Sambucus nigra) fruits/berries. For example, a dish of tomatoes, lettuce, carrot, lemon, celery and European elderberry fruit/berries eaten hourly is medicinal for dengue fever. (Tomato eaten with lettuce is not particularly antiviral). (However, tomato[1,3,13] and lettuce (Lactuca sativa)[13] cuisined with carrot[1,3] could be antiviral, e.g., a salad of tomatoes, lettuce - and - carrot). Mandarin/tangerine (Citrus riticulata) juice is an antibiotic[1,3,4], and an antiviral[1,3,4,19]. (Mandarin/tangerine peel is an antiviral[1,3,4,19] herb). Mandarin/tangerine consumed within 24 hours of spelt is basically contraindicative for PTSD. (In EdaciousImber's medicinal for PTSD) at least 3/4 of a cup of spelt eaten daily without any rye or grapefruit juice can enable nasturtium flowers, raw green capsicum and raw cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) to be eaten with nasturtium plant and unwashed/unsoaked almonds. Thereby, treating the reoccurring, disturbing, repetitious, involuntary, intrusive perceivings, thoughts and emotions of post-traumatic stressfulness[15,16,17]. It might then be possible to replace raw cauliflower with raw broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) and a pinch of ocean/sea salt to enable this PTSD medicinal to treat breast cancer too. Emotion memory hallucinogens could treat PTSD psychosis in military combat soldiers. Bird's eye chilli (Capsicum frutescens) is a herb-spice. Raw bird's eye chilli seeds eaten with the raw green capsicum, raw cauliflower, unwashed/unsoaked almonds, nasturtium plant and nasturtium flowers might perhaps upgrade this PTSD medicinal to a very crude emotion memory hallucinogen herbal. However, the pharmacoaction of such a herbal would possibly be part glutaminase[1,3] and part homeopathic (i.e. via capsaicin[1,3,14]). Perhaps pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima) would then have to be eaten 2 hours after grapefruit juice to sweeten the EMH mood. If possible raw bird's eye chilli seeds might have to be eaten with mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 2 hours before breakfast to sustain any emotion memory hallucinational mood. (Raw pumpkin eaten basically causes temporary fatigue; however, raw pumpkin mashed with additional foods or slightly cooked by steam does not). (If eaten with pumpkin and almonds) a bird's eye chilli EMH would be a strong painkiller. As such it could be a provisional surgical analgesic if supplies of operating theatre anaesthetics are scarce (e.g. in a blockade, siege, or P.O.W. camp). (However, pumpkin eaten with almonds is basically a dish not without side effects). A mash of carrot[1,3], celery leaves[1,3], Cucurbita squash vegetable and cashews (applied to the skin) can anaesthetise locally a skin area of incision before it is cut open/operated upon. (It may take a few minutes for this mash to take effect). Avocado fruit, lin/flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) and a pinch of ocean salt can be eaten to slow the bleeding of incisions. Nasturtium plant eaten with almonds, cherry fruit, spelt, mango fruit (and perhaps carrot or raspberry) might be a strong painkiller. Spelt eaten with oranges, sucrose and carrot might temporarily paralyse some muscles (slightly). Kurrat garlic (Allium ampeloprasum) eaten with spelt and sucrose can bring about unconsciousness. As can almonds or peaches eaten with tomato (avocado fruit included can increase the effect). However, these dishes cause temporary fatigue. Almonds eaten within 24 hours of peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, raspberries, cabbages, or tomatoes are basically contraindicative for PTSD. Chile pepper (Capsicum frutescens) vegetables (e.g. bird's eye chilli, etc.) eaten in overdose can be treated by consuming silverbeet (Beta vulgaris Cicla Group), and Acer maple sap. Cherry fruit (Prunus avium), raw spring onion (Allium cepa), and raw potato eaten are each medicinal for atherosclerosis. (As well effective is nasturtium plant eaten with nasturtium flowers, carrot and silverbeet). (Silverbeet eaten raw, although very medicinal, basically causes temporary fatigue). Cherry fruit (Prunus avium), grapes, cabbages, raw potato, raw spring onion, silverbeet, and pineapple eaten are each medicinal for Alzheimer's disease. Barley, sunflower seeds, raw onion bulb, parsley, raw rhubarb (Rheum rhabarbarum/rhaponticum), avocado fruit, apples, and banana might also be. Cabbage eaten within 24 hours of either almonds, broccoli, cauliflower, apricots, plums, cherries, raspberries, or tomatoes is basically contraindicative for PTSD. It might be possible to replace almonds with cabbage (in EdaciousImber's medicinal for PTSD); however, cabbage would be less effective for treating PTSD. - Raw bird's eye chilli seeds eaten are contraindicative during pregnancy -. Plants that constrict the preurethral[14] ductus deferens/epididymis duct can be eaten as contraceptives (e.g. spelt, sunflower seeds[1], lin/flax seeds, a pinch of ocean salt, cinnamon, nasturtium leaves[14], nasturtium stems[14], carrot, raspberry, apple and 1/2 of an avocado fruit). (Cucumber, grapefruit peel and cinnamon can be eaten at least 2 hours after avocado fruit to prevent avocado fruit from being contraindicative). Lemon (Citrus limon) can be a female contraceptive. For example, (after a spermicidal douche of lemon juice diluted slightly with water) a pulpless lemon fruit half can be used as a barrier contraceptive. Cabbage, cauliflower, almonds, grapes, and particularly lettuce each contain very high amounts of digestible calcium. Home garden grown lettuce can provide ample daily dietary calcium, (and vitamin A complex). (Most commercial organic lettuces, although pristine, are without much calcium content). (Lettuce eaten within 2 hours of sucrose foods is basically contraindicative for PTSD). Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata), plum (Prunus domestica/salicina) fruit, passionfruit, beetroot (Beta vulgaris), oat (Avena sativa) grain/seeds, and sesame (Sesamum indicum) seeds[20] eaten might each be slightly progenerative. For example, a mouthwash of: raw cabbage, raw celery, raw silverbeet, lettuce, nasturtium and mashed raw earthworm (phylum Annelida) held in the mouth for at least 30 minutes a day might heal dental cavities (soft decayed areas on a tooth) by progenerating new tooth enamel growth. (Earthworm blood can also be applied to bruised skin areas to aid in de-clotting). Sesame seeds eaten raw, although medicinal, basically cause temporary fatigue. Barley (Hordeum vulgare) is a grain crop. Raw barley basically prevents the metabolisation of calcium for approximately 24 hours, so only small amounts can be eaten as a food (e.g. 5 teaspoons of barley every 2nd day). Barley consumed with celery, nasturtium flowers, nasturtium plant and cabbage (or maybe with spelt, beetroot, and grapefruit) could perhaps be medicinal for treating membrane illnesses, e.g., the lining/walls of arteries, the stomach (hernia), etc. Barley eaten is contraindicative for PTSD with this rye and spelt medicinal. Tomato is a sucrose food, and a painkiller[1,3]. Tomato, potato, and pak choi (Brassica chinensis) eaten each slow the healing of some injuries (e.g. cartilage injuries, muscle injuries, blood vessel injuries, and stomach injuries, etc.). Tomato eaten in quantity could be contraindicative for people who are feeling depressed. Tomato, and green capsicum eaten each temporarily reduce intellect and wits. Tomato is incompatible/contraindicative with many smart medicinals (i.e. foods eaten to increase intellect). (Spelt, nasturtium plant, carrot, sunflower seeds, pineapple, almonds, cabbage, bramble berries, and small amounts of avocado fruit are smart foods/herb-foods). (A dish of sunflower seeds with raspberry eaten within 24 hours of pineapple causes temporary fatigue). Tomato eaten within 24 hours of either almonds, cabbage, pineapple, or bramble berries (e.g. loganberry) causes temporary fatigue. Tomato eaten daily in quantity might be basically contraindicative for PTSD. Bramble berries are of the botanical family Rosaceae. Bramble berries (Rubus) are sucrose berries. Some species of berries in the bramble (Rubus) genus could be medicinal for people who are feeling depressed. However, bramble berries (Rubus) might prevent the metabolisation of calcium for at least 12 hours and some species (of Rubus) are very vasoconstrictive, e.g., raspberry (Rubus idaeus[21]). Raspberry (a vasoconstrictor[21]) can be eaten to reduce the bleeding (blood loss) of wound injuries. Mango (Mangifera indica) fruit is a sucrose herb-food, and a painkiller. Cashews (Anacardium occidentale) being botanically very similar to mango fruit are also a painkiller. (Cashews are high in calcium as is garlic). Vasodilators (e.g. cucumber, Citrus peel, dates, etc.) and vasoactive/affecting herbs (e.g. cinnamon) eaten before and after mango fruit can reduce a few of the side effects of mango fruit. Mango fruit, and cashews eaten each cause temporary fatigue; so they are thus basically contraindicative for PTSD. However, with advanced medicinal treatments for PTSD mangos, and cashews could be medicinal for PTSD.
